Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trademarks, logos, software, or content except as expressly provided herein. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without prior written consent.

Black Tiger is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Black Tiger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Black Tiger’s total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liability arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of confidentiality obligations.

Black Tiger shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, wars, pandemics, internet outages, or labor disputes.
