The Cleverness Data
The Cleverness Data is the ability to create a connection between a brand and its consumers, and a consumer with his brands, according to his will. It relies on consumer's activities and technologies that guarantee this quality of connecting. In order to do this, the Cleverness Data allows brands to decide according to consumers’ actions, instead of predictive criterions or browsing histories.
The issue for brands, has always been, and will always be, to listen to their consumers' needs and desires. It is therefore necessary to develop solutions which allow consumers to express themselves and brands to address them.
